Monthly Group Sound Bath – UU Las Cruces

Join us for a heart-centered evening of relaxation, healing, and connection. This gathering takes place once each month on the First Thursday, offering a sacred space to pause, recharge, and align with your inner peace.

Doors open at 6:30 PM, and we begin promptly at 7:00 PM. We invite you to arrive a little early, settle in, and prepare yourself for a peaceful and nurturing experience. The group session will last approximately one hour.

Our venue offers abundant seating with comfortable conference-style chairs that can be arranged as needed, as well as plenty of tile floor space for those who prefer to lie down and fully relax during the session.

To make yourself comfortable, please bring:

• Water bottle
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Yoga mat

A suggested donation of $20 is appreciated and helps support these gatherings; however, everyone is welcome, and no one will be turned away due to financial circumstances.
